It’s a full life

Summer is almost here and I keep getting busier. Between school, work, homework, softball, and music, I haven’t had a day off in weeks. (Yes that’s right, I play softball. I’m not just an artsy type ya know… haha)

I’m juggling a lot, but I couldn’t be happier. I’m energized by what I’m doing and where my life is going. Besides, I can look forward to the end of August, when I know I’ll finally have a bit of a vacation.

The Arts Admin program at Capilano University is great, and I’m really enjoying it. I also just landed a related summer job because of it! I am now working for the Vancouver Folk Festival as an Admin Assistant, which basically means I’ll be doing whatever needs to be done. I LOVE the Folk Fest, and I’m so excited for this experience. As usual, there’s a fantastic line up this year. Check it out here.

I am also looking forward to my upcoming gigs, in Vancouver, Salmon Arm, and Kamloops. They are all by donation and two of them are outdoor concerts. Let’s hope summer arrives in earnest soon! If you are able to come out, please do.

If you are reading this but aren’t yet on my email list, you can sign up here (form on the right). In thanks you’ll get a free song download, and be one of the first to know when I am performing or releasing new music. Cheers!
